Dear Parents & Guardians,
It’s time for the Georgia Milestones Assessments! These important tests give students a chance to show what they’ve learned this year and help guide future instruction.
Here’s how you can help your child do their best:
1. Get Plenty of Rest
Make sure your child gets a good night's sleep before each test day.
2. Be On Time & Alert
Arriving to school on time ensures your child is calm, focused, and ready to begin.
3. Eat a Healthy Breakfast
A nutritious breakfast fuels the brain and helps with concentration.
4. Offer Encouragement
A few positive words go a long way! Remind them to stay confident and do their best.
Let’s help our students shine!
Thank you for your continued support.
If you have any questions or need more information, please contact us.

Our student body had the opportunity to be encouraged, empowered, and motivated by Mr. Willie Spears! He also shared some tips for testing taking as our students prepare to be successful on the GMAS.
Thank you, Mr. Spears for pouring into our students.

Ms. Franklin and Mr. Ashley team up to show students how to use literary devices like irony, humor, and personification to enhance their writing. Students worked in groups to create and perform skits showcasing their literary devices, with the audience identifying and explaining the literary device used after each performance. Engagement and application are key to making learning fun and meaningful!
